Guest Agreement & Liability Waiver

By reserving a seat and attending this private dining event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Private Gathering

   • This is a private, invite-only dinner held at a private residence.

   • Attendance is limited to invited guests and is not open to the general public.

2. Food & Allergies

   • Meals are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by a public health authority.

   • Guests are responsible for communicating any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

   • Attendance and consumption are at your own risk.

3. Alcohol

   • No alcohol will be sold, provided, or served by the hosts. Guests may bring their own beverages for personal use only.

4. Assumption of Risk

   • By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, or other accidents that may occur on the premises.

5. Release of Liability

   • You release the hosts, property owner(s), and organizers from any and all claims, demands, or liability for injury, illness, property damage, or other loss arising from your participation.

6. Conduct

   • Guests are expected to behave respectfully. The hosts reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave without refund if conduct is disruptive or unsafe.

By completing this reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Guest Agreement & Liability Waiver.
